  • Loft Insulation
  • Draught proofing
  • Cavity-Wall Insulation
  • Hot Water Tank Insulation
  • Energy Efficient Light Bulbs
  • Gas, Electric or Oil Central Heating
  • Glass fronted fire

Warm Front is only open to home owners or private tenants who receive certain income or disability benefits

Warm Front is a Government grant aimed at people who:

  • Are 60 years old or over
  • Are disabled
  • Have a child under 16 years old
  • Are pregnant

Warm Front £300 Heating Rebate Scheme

If you do not qualify for a Warm Front Grant because you do not receive a relevant benefit, you may still be eligible for a £300 rebate.

This rebate is available to all householders aged 60 or over who own their own home or rent it from a private landlord, who either have no central heating system or one which is inoperable.

Local Council Grants and Incentives

Some local authorities have their own schemes to assist home energy efficiency measures. Assistance is sometimes available in addition to grants from other sources. Some schemes only apply to home owners on benefits
